LITTLE PANDAS
Ages 4-6
A fun and engaging class where kids get to play while learning fundamental Jiu Jitsu and grappling movements, in addition to strengthening and developing motor and cognitive skills.
kids class
Ages 7-12
Kids learn fundamental and advanced technique for self-defense and sport Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling. In this class kids are paired up at the end for live practice and sparring.
teens class
Ages 13-15
A class dedicated to focus on the teen age group and help with fine-tuning technique and learning more advanced movements. In this class the teens challenged physically and mentally.
